The problem
Random drills are not a training programme.
The Athlekid solution
A 360° training mat, a guided app, and a sequence of sessions that builds on itself.
Creates the training space.
Shows your child what to do.
Structured 15-minute practice.
Skills build up over time.
Before school. After training. At home. Whenever there's 15 minutes.
What it develops
Touch. Control. Both feet.
In the programme: Ball Mastering
Scan. React. Decide.
In the programme: Soccer Intelligence
Balance. Coordination. Change of direction.
In the programme: Movement Resilience
Strength. Speed. Stamina.
In the programme: Physical Development
For the parent
Athlekid tells your child what to do, how to do it and what comes next.
You provide the space.
We provide the training path.
The product · part one
A printed hexagon that turns any hard floor into a marked training area. No sensors, no battery, nothing to pair — the mat shows where to move, the app says what to do.

Zones. Where the feet go.
Points. Where the eyes go first.
Arrows. The direction of the move.
Centre. The reset position.
The product · part two
It opens on one thing: the next session. Already chosen, already at the right level.
iOS and Android planned at launch, plus web. Sessions work offline.
What's included
Two ways to start. Prices are announced at launch.
The system, and the one thing you can't train without.
For players who already have a ball at home.
Everything every session asks for.
The full home setup, with all five pieces of gear.

Who built it
Not a marketing team. A UEFA-licensed coach, a personal trainer and a physiotherapist, each responsible for what they do for a living.

Technique, game awareness and decision-making. In 2025 he led his U10 team to first place at an international academy tournament in Turin, ahead of 32 teams.

Certified personal trainer, 11 years of practice, Physical Education degree. Corrective exercise and age-appropriate physical preparation.

Physiotherapist and medical trainer. Musculoskeletal work, movement quality and responsible long-term development.
Patryk's son was a passionate young player. During a growth spurt, problems with movement and balance appeared, and targeted home exercises made the difference. Patryk spoke to Lukas, they brought in the practitioners, and the idea became a working system.
"…and yes I'm co-founder's son Olek and it all started with me and my dad and idea to give affordable home training solution to every kid around the world!"

Product, production and delivery. Runs Playmats.eu; 10+ years making physical products at scale.

Where the product is today
The mat is a finished, tested product. The app is in testing. We would rather say that here than have you find out later.

The mat and supporting components are functional and undergoing testing.
The library and training balance are under review with field experts.
A technology demo and preview sessions are recorded; filming and voiceovers are being refined.
A functional MVP is built and tested on iOS and Android.

For coaches & clubs
Your players train a few hours a week with you. The rest of the week has no plan — and the parents ask you what to do about it.
Academy access opens the full exercise library, and Trainer Mode lets a coach select exercises and sessions for children to complete in team training or at home.
A full station for one age group.
Physical shipment: 6 mats. No home-kit gear.
Two stations, or a full squad at once.
Physical shipment: 12 mats. No home-kit gear.
Your colours and your crest on the mat, and a private training path in the app opened with your academy code. Same four pillars, same progression, no equipment beyond the mat.
For partners
Retail and distribution, brand and federation programmes, and where the company stands today.
The kids' training shelf is cones and ladders: low margin, no story, no repeat purchase.
Next stepTrade terms, territories and MOQ are set after the consumer launch. We show you the launch numbers before we discuss terms.
Grassroots programmes are easy to announce and hard to show. Athlekid reaches a child at home, not only at a club session.
Next stepA pilot from 30 mats across three to five clubs, one term, with a review at the end.
Every comparable training mat we could confirm sits between roughly 60 × 90 and 100 × 60 cm. At 115 × 105 cm a child can complete a 360° turn on the surface. That is geometry, not a claim — and it cannot be matched without redesigning the product.
Comparable products address 6–16, 6+, or "from 5 years". A wide range signals a programme tuned to none of them. A narrow window is a selling argument, not a limitation.
Almost the entire category stands on ball mastery and footwork. Scanning, reading the game and decision-making are barely addressed by anyone.
